Unlike small 'horsebox' style set-ups, you won't run the risk of running out of booze with us!
We also come with a 1,000 watt stereo system, a fantastic set and lights to dazzle your audience! Whether you want us to set up outside your hotel, in your garden, driveway or in the middle of a field, we can serve from wherever we can get to!
And don't fret if you don't have the space, or you'd rather be inside - we now offer indoor bar options too!

Whether you want background tunes, or a full on set, our 1,000 watt sound system and amazing lights will really get the outdoor party going! Simon's DJ past was not wasted and he's put together a fantastic set which has something for everyone, but if you'd like us to curate a set just for your event, just ask.

COSTS (a lot less than you thinK)
We believe in being transparent and clear about our costings. Unlike other suppliers, nothing is hidden;
- £250 non-refundable deposit to secure
- This includes:
- Full pre-event planning service to ensure your event runs smoothly
- Fully trained and insured staff to look after you and your guests for the duration of the event
- Fully stocked bar including a 3-tap commercial chilled draft system
- Alcohol licence for your event
- On board sound system with fantastic set to really get the party going
- £250 refundable deposit * (not required with indoor bar option)
- Your own music set at £100
- Live Music in any style can also be arranged (contact us with requirements)
- If you require cocktails - possibly themed around your event - just ask!
- Extra staff for large events - please speak to us for a quote

Cash bar
Nice and simple. Your guests pay on the night using cash or card |

If you still want the pizazz, but you'd rather be inside. Two fabulous styles to choose from if our bar is just a little too big for your space. |
We are a pub on wheels, so serve the drinks you'd expect in a pub - and at the prices you'd expect in your local. You can also ask us to provide a menu of drinks curated specifically for your event. Our sister company, DeliQuescent, provide specialist gins and cocktails - including the World's only Haggis Gin! Please check our FAQ section for more details |
What do we need?
On arrival, we need the access to be at least 3m wide and 3.25m high (we are 4.55m long) . When we are onsite and fully opened up, we measure 8m wide by 4m deep. Your guests will be sheltered at the bar whilst they purchase their drink, We will need a flat piece of ground and electrical hook-up (just one standard household socket). We also offer indoor bar options which we will fit in to the space you have inside. Choose from the black or white options. We also need at least a month's notice in order to arrange the temporary events notice with the local council. |

Parties
Party season is BACK, and you don't want to be offering half-measures any more!
Our gorgeous copper bar even ensures our staff are 2 metres away from any of your guests for total peace-of-mind. All drinks are also provided in high quality, bio-degradable 'plastic' glasses, so you can really relax and concentrate on making special memories to treasure. |
Corporate
Now, more than ever before, it's vitally important that your team work together. Some may be working from home, others may have changed their work patterns, and there just aren't the opportunities to get together like there used to be.
A corporate event is a great way to say 'thank you', catch up with old friends and colleagues in a safe way, and also to ensure that everyone works together to deliver your business in the most professional way. Or why not book us for a product launch or just to generate some PR that will really grab your customer's attention! PS - No-one wants to go paintballing... |
* £250 refundable damage deposit - this will be returned after your event if no damage or loss has occurred to our vehicle/s, stock or staff. There is NO damage waiver deposit required with the indoor bar option.
Please note there is a £500 minimum spend per event.
